ACPF is a watershed planning tool that can be used to identify potential locations where conservation practices could fit in a watershed based on the landscape. The tool uses publicly available data layers and GIS software to identify a menu of conservation
options for landowners and watershed planners to choose from. OSU Extension is offering free, on-demand, support and training for ACPF to interested groups in Ohio’s Western Lake Erie Basin.
